Ordering and Shipping process:

Before purchasing any product, our valued customers need to create their own "Pay Pall" Account first. In case of customizing any garment, Our customers should contact Forbie's representative before submitting the order.

  • Forbie will respond to your request within 3 business days of receipt of your request.

  • After confirming your request and the final price, you can submit your order through "Pay pall"

  • Any order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order.

     

Please note that while these procedures are important, our first priority is to ensure your satisfaction! Forbie’s reputation has been built not only on the quality of our products but also our customer service and we intend to keep it that way! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any of your special needs or circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate!

All customers will be notified by an “automatic Email” regarding the following Status:

  • Receiving the order

  • Processing the order

  • Order is shipped

Delivery times will fluctuate throughout the year depending on order volume, so please check with our customer service representatives at the time of your order.
