RETURN POLICY

• We gladly accept any returns in the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by Forbie Active wear.
   

• Exchanges due to an ordering error, ie wrong size, MAY be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge if accepted and garments to be exchanged must be received by Forbie prior to the production of the replacement garments.
   

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of order and be approved by a Forbie's representative.
   

• Custom made garments are NOT RETURNABLE!

• Original Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

• Forbie thoroughly respects your privacy. Information we collect from our Web site is used exclusively by us to improve the products and services we offer. It enables us to continually update our styles, colors, and selections to better meet your needs.
